A well respected and highly successful technology company based in Buckinghamshire. After starting his career with a sales role in IT, Michael’s entrepreneurial skills quickly surfaced and his strong desire for success led him to starting his own company, Invicta:IT.

Under his leadership, the new company grew quickly and within 5 years had revenues in excess of £5m. 12 years on, and with success built on partnerships formed with the world’s leading technology vendors, Invicta:IT has a formidable reputation in the IT market.

Michael has a passion for cycling – he recently completed Raid Pyrenean, a gruelling 710km cycle across the French Pyrenees, in less than 100 hours – all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Tim comes from a strong entrepreneurial background- both investing in fast-growth businesses, and building his own hugely successful global company, Hydrogen, with a turnover of £200m.

Tim founded Hydrogen Group in January 2000 and grew the company from its inception, to being a multi practice, multi award winning headhunting and workforce solutions provider.
